I just love how they say "no sound? Not our App!". Please! Why would every other apps sound work on my phone but not this one??? Just paid $8 for nothing.

I wish you would change your description about no sound above and acknowledge that there is a problem with your app and you are working on a fix. It has nothing to do with the hardware on my phone. I deleted and reloaded. Its not my fault, its yours. Fix this app or start giving refunds and discontinue. The way it it now, you are simply taking money for something that is obviously defective. That borders on fraud. I have the video and think the method is great. I would be a great promoter of your product if you would fix this app.

The sound is fine if your phones not set to vibrate. But my 6 month old doesnt sound like any of these. Maybe it works for the first month or two and if thats the limitation, it should be expressly stated. Half the time hes screaming with his lips together, which none of these examples do.

I think this is a great app and have had no sound issues. The practice section is really fun for me and my husband and helps us really start to distinguish between the different cries. Baby will be joining us any day, so lets hope we can apply what weve learned!

Instructions say that "eh" means baby should be burped and not to feed baby until baby stops making "eh" noise. My baby made the eh noise for three days. And starved.

Im not going to bore you with my story. Mommies dont have the time to waste. This app saved us!

Totally AMAZING -- YOU HAVE TO GET THIS APP!!

I just had a daughter. My first. In her 2nd week she was crying a lot with no way of getting her to stop. In the mist of my rattled nerves I remembered Priscilla Dunstan on Oprah years ago. I found the episode on youtube and immediately was able to identify what my baby was needing and solved the problems she was having. I looked on her website and found this app.

Go on-line and read all the reviews. Sound doesnt work and I have done everything recommended. Trying to get my money back. Looks like from reviews on-line they arent giving money back and blaming peoples phones and people are furious.

This app does not work! You cannot benefit from it without the sound. Both my husband and I downloaded it and it doesnt work for either of us. Refund?!

I was stressing not knowing what or why my baby was crying. I was able to learn what the different sounds were, test them and most importantly compare my babies cry to the app so that I could tell what she needed. My only regret was not getting this sooner. I downloaded it at 11 weeks. Highly recommend

Pros: great research, and for a new parent, which I am not, I bet it will be a lifesaver. Cons: the "practice" section of the app, after you learn the 5 sounds, wont grade higher than a 9/10. Irritating-- even on baby cries where I am dead certain, I get 9/10. For those who are complaining that the apps sounds dont worn, I hear you, but try turning your ringer off of silent. Then it works beautifully. This was annoying to have to figure out; it should be written so sounds are in regardless of whether your ringer is on or not.

Great app! I initially thought the sound on this app was not working working properly. As it turns out, a switch on the left side of my iPhone 6 was in the Silent position

The practice section doesnt give accurate scores. Even when you get all 10 right the score is 9 out of 10. Its demoralizing. Fix it!

The app has no sound - absolutely ridiculous for an app meant to train parents on newborn vocalizations. Waste of money!!! Without sound, the app is useless.

The sound isnt working and this app is pointless if the sound doesnt work.
